A Story of Three Congregants, One Room, and One Man of Crazy Faith

After being commissioned by the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Adegbenro (Adex) Adekojo moved from Nigeria to Grande Prairie to start RCCG Winners' Assembly. Despite the odds, he held the church's first service on Thursday, November 25, 2010, with three people in attendance. The first Sunday service on November 28, 2010, saw six attendees: four adults and two children.

Our story is one of divine multiplication. From humble beginnings in a single room to our own facility today, God has broadened our impact, bringing more souls, bigger testimonies, and expanded territory to raise champions for Jesus. In July 2023, we officially moved into our permanent church home at 10117 93 Street, Grande Prairie.

God has called us to even more. We are currently on a journey to disciple 10,000 souls for Christ across Northern Alberta. There's no better place to bring people than into the house of God. We are delighted to champion this vision and see it through. The question is, will you join us?

Our Mission and Core Beliefs

Our mission is to build a home where Jesus is praised (revealed and glorified), champions are raised (equipped and edified), and love is shared (within and without).

  • Raising Champions: Equipping you with the Word, wisdom, and faith to overcome life's obstacles and reign.

  • Sharing Love: Nurturing an authentic, caring family where everyone belongs, grows, and wins, while sharing God's love with others.

What time does service start?

We meet weekly at 10117 93 Street, Grande Prairie, on Sundays at 10:30 am, Tuesdays at 7 pm, and Saturdays at 11 am. Our youth and young adults ministry hangouts take place every Wednesday at 6 pm.

Where are you located?

We are located at 10117 93 Street, Grande Prairie. Our church building is opposite Macklin Field in the Hillside area.

Is there a children's church?

Yes, our children’s ministry serves kids 12 months to 16 years. Within the children's ministry, our teenage ministry is for grades 9 to 12.

We've worked with child education specialists to curate a fun curriculum tailored to your child's development and learning style.

Our teachers are trained and passionate about empowering the next generation by sharing the undiluted word of God.

I'm bringing a newborn. Are nursing rooms available?

We’re prepared for you and your little ones. Every washroom in the building has a changing station. We also have a nursing area in the children's section.

What are the church office working hours?

The church office is open Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm.

How can I get my tax refund?

Is there a dress code?

Dress as a champion.

How can I join the workforce?
